Studio Collective of Artists

Artists with developmental disabilities are welcome to explore their creativity in the studio at the Nina Haggerty Centre. Call the Centre or drop in during studio hours for a tour.
Interested artists explore their interest in art making on a trial basis before being invited to join the collective.

Space is limited to artists who demonstrate a commitment to making art and their own development as artists.

| CALLING ALL ART-ENTHUSISTS AND HELPER-OUTERS:
Volunteer Gallery Attendants needed for the Stollery Gallery!
Thursday evenings: 4:30-6:30 PM or 6:30-8:30 PM
Saturday afternoons: 1:00-3:00 PM
The longer our gallery hours, the more accessible we are to the public, and the more exposure our artists receive! Let us know what you can fit into your schedule, and we’ll gladly fit you into ours.
This volunteer position is quiet and relaxing. Feel free to bring your own work to do, check your email, or read a book in a creative setting while contributing to a great cause.
The Stollery Gallery is dedicated to the exhibition of art by those who face barriers to artistic expression, and is a division of the Nina Haggerty Centre for the Arts, a non-profit, charitable organization which provides an inclusive creative environment.

Lots of opportunities to match your interests. There are guest opportunities for professional artists who are willing to share their own art making expertise by hosting a workshop. |

Other opportunities include exhibit installation, event crew, help with special projects, staffing the gallery or providing mentorship support to studio artists.

Donations
Donations are always welcome, and your donation does not necessarily need to be monetary. We can always use a variety of supplies including, paints, inks, pencils, papers, canvases, smocks, mat board. The Centre will provide tax receipts for all donations valued over $10.00. Monetary donation payments can be made by cash, cheque, or major credit card (Visa/Master Card).
