DOROTHY LOH
Dorothy was born August 17, 1955 and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. After many years on her own, including several years in Montreal,
Dorothy currently lives with her parents in Edmonton. Dorothy spends a lot of her time at the Nina Haggerty Centre for the Arts. She loves to paint and draw and experiment with new media. She says that she enjoys coming to the Centre more than anything else. As well as attending regularly during the day, Dorothy is also involved in the Human Rights Project, an artists' group that incorporates discussing current human rights issues and the creation of activist art. Dorothy also spends time at the Centre for Literacy every week where she is upgrading her reading and writing skills. An avid train collector and a big fan of Walt Disney, Dorothy isn't afraid to embrace her inner child
