 KEVIN WIERSMA
Now living in Sherwood Park, Kevin grew up in a small town near the
highway. His family still lives in that little white house. Kevin was born
on April 30, 1975.
Kevin loves art — he is passionate and works intensely at drawing, painting and collage. Taking inspiration
from his imagination, his work is sometimes dark and abstract while other times he creates colorful
characters and scenes.
The reason’s why Kevin comes to the Nina Haggerty Centre are simple: it’s fun, it’s a hobby and he has
the opportunity to sell and share his art. It’s in art that he gets the chance to make some crazy pictures!
